Multi-Select Custom Field Transfers

Previously, custom fields of type multi-select were excluded from Analytics Warehouse data transfers. As of 2026.1, multi-select fields are now selectable on the Data Transfer Setup page and can be pushed to your warehouse instance like any other supported field type.

This is a meaningful gap closure. Multi-select fields are commonly used for tagging records with multiple values (e.g., product categories on items, region lists on customers). If you had been working around this limitation with concatenated text fields or intermediate saved searches, you can now transfer the native multi-select data directly.

Redesigned Configuration Page

The Analytics Warehouse Configuration page (Setup > Integration > Configuration or Analytics > NetSuite Analytics Warehouse Configuration) has a new layout. The functional change is cosmetic — improved navigation and added links to release notes, training, and documentation. No API or data-transfer behavior changes are associated with this update.

What to do

1. Identify multi-select custom fields you need in the warehouse. Review your custom fields (Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Entity Fields / Item Fields / Transaction Body Fields, etc.) and note any multi-select fields that were previously excluded from transfers.
2. Add them in Data Transfer Setup. Navigate to the Data Transfer Setup page within the Analytics Warehouse configuration and select the newly available multi-select fields for transfer.
3. Validate downstream queries. Multi-select values will likely land as delimited or normalized data in the warehouse. Check how the values are represented in your Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) subject areas or custom SQL views and adjust any reports or dashboards accordingly.
4. Remove workarounds. If you created formula fields, workflows, or scheduled scripts to flatten multi-select values into a single text field for warehouse transfer, consider retiring those now that native transfer is supported.
