Analytics Warehouse Now Supports Salesforce as a Data Source (Premium/Enterprise)

Prior to 2026.2, the NetSuite Analytics Warehouse Data Transfer page supported only NetSuite as a data source. All functional areas (Customers, Invoices, Orders, etc.) were implicitly NetSuite data. Starting in 2026.2, the Data Transfer page now supports Salesforce as an additional data source for Premium and Enterprise tier users.

What changed

• The Analytics Warehouse Data Transfer page now offers a data-source selector. Previously it was NetSuite-only; now Salesforce is available as a second source.
• Salesforce data is grouped into its own set of functional areas, mirroring the organizational pattern used for NetSuite data (Bank, Employee Expense, Financials, Inventory, Manufacturing, Payroll, Projects and Support Management, Purchases, Sales, Sales Snapshot).
• This is gated to Premium and Enterprise Analytics Warehouse licenses. Standard tier users will not see the Salesforce option.

• Manufacturing — Assembly Build/Unbuild, Work Order and related (Close, Completion, Issue, Snapshot)

What to do

1. Check your license tier. Salesforce data source support requires Premium or Enterprise Analytics Warehouse. Verify your tier under Setup > Company > Enable Features or with your account rep.
2. Review Salesforce functional areas. Oracle's documentation on transferring and reloading Salesforce functional areas is linked from the source page — consult Transferring Salesforce Data to NetSuite Analytics Warehouse for the specific Salesforce functional area list and reload procedures.
3. Update any automated Data Transfer configurations. If you manage Analytics Warehouse data transfers programmatically or via saved configurations, note that the data-source model has changed from implicit (NetSuite-only) to explicit (NetSuite or Salesforce). Verify existing transfer setups still target the correct source after upgrading to 2026.2.
4. Plan SuiteAnalytics workbook and dataset impacts. If you intend to bring in Salesforce data, plan how it will coexist with NetSuite data in your existing workbooks, datasets, and any downstream integrations consuming Analytics Warehouse tables via the NetSuite2.com ODBC/JDBC data source.
